How do I choose the correct size in raw denim?
Raw denim sizing can vary significantly between fits. We recommend measuring your best-fitting pair of non-stretch jeans using our 'Flat Measuring' guide and comparing those dimensions to the specific size chart provided on each product page.
Do you offer hemming services for online orders?
Yes, we offer professional chainstitch hemming on Union Special machines. Please note that once a pair of jeans has been hemmed to your custom length, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Custom-hemmed items and final sale clearance products are excluded from this policy.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within the USA typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Will my raw denim shrink after the first wash?
Sanforized denim will experience minimal shrinkage (about 1-3%), while Unsanforized (Shrink-to-Fit) denim can shrink up to 10% after the first soak. Please check the product description to see which type of fabric you are purchasing.
