We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered denim purchased at our NYC flagship store or online. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our NYC store team with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Denim

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is in pristine condition with all Naked & Famous Denim tags intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the denim for wear and alterations, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
